Responsibilities

As the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing the company's overall business strategy and vision to boost sales and profiles
• Leading the senior management team and providing strategic direction for expansion in Asian countries
• Driving the expansion and growth of the company's global footprint
• Identifying new business opportunities within Asia and markets for the AI trading platform
• Fostering a strong company culture and leading a high-performing team
• Ensuring the company achieves its financial and operational goals
• Representing the company externally and building key industry relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder; Master’s Degree / MBA desired
• Proven track record of success as a CEO or senior executive in the Financial Services Industries, FinTech or Crypto Industries
• Deep understanding of the foreign exchange (FX) and electronic trading markets
• Extensive experience in building and scaling innovative technology-driven businesses
• Strong background in leading teams and organizations through periods of rapid growth
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within Asia to support the company's global operations
• Good command of verbal and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English
